Knight Cities Challenge

  • The Knight Foundation works hard to support successful and inclusive cities. In 2015, they launched the Knight Cities Challenge and we were brought on to create a virtual party to announce, then celebrate the thirty-two grant winners who were dispersed nation-wide. 

  • Knight Cities Challenge had one pre-existing graphic asset: an inverted tear-drop icon - similar to a Google pin - that was criss-crossed by city blocks

  • We took it apart and put it back together to produce all of the party collateral, including real-life photo filters that we shipped across the country with champagne, party hats and all of Knight Foundation's love summed up in a big pink iconic heart.
